DNS4EU is a European Union-funded initiative that provides secure, privacy-compliant DNS services designed to strengthen digital sovereignty across Europe. The project offers multiple service tiers to meet different security needs.

Key Service Options:

• Protective DNS (86.54.11.1) - Basic security filtering
• Child Protection (86.54.11.12) - Enhanced safety for families
• Ad Blocking (86.54.11.13) - Removes advertisements and trackers
• Unfiltered (86.54.11.100) - Pure DNS resolution without filtering

The platform serves multiple user groups including individual citizens, government organizations, telecommunications providers, and cybersecurity teams (CERTs, CSIRTs, NCSCs). Users can join the Stakeholder Group to collaborate with cybersecurity experts and access exclusive webinars.

Privacy-First Approach: All services comply with EU data protection standards, ensuring user privacy while providing robust security against online threats. The initiative leverages advanced threat intelligence to protect European internet users from malicious domains and cyber attacks.

Led by Whalebone and co-funded by the European Union under project number 101095329, DNS4EU represents a significant step toward European digital independence from non-EU DNS providers like Google and Cloudflare.
